The Simply Speaking HIV Prevention lecture series includes a curriculum that highlights the very latest clinical data utilizing a library of PowerPoint slide presentations developed and approved by key expert physicians and further reviewed and approved by the Planning Committee.

Reducing HIV transmission remains a major public health goal. HIV testing is the critical first step in making persons aware of their HIV status. Moreover, linking and retaining persons with HIV in care plays a major role in mitigating the risk of HIV transmission. This activity discusses the evolving epidemiology of HIV infection in the United States, recommended approaches to HIV screening, and strategies to link and retain persons with HIV in care.
