INTRODUCTION
Through this mini module series, expert faculty review the diagnosis and management of adult HLH.

TARGET AUDIENCE
This activity is designed for healthcare providers who are involved in the diagnosis and clinical care of adults patients with HLH. This may include physicians, physician associates, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and pharmacists.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this enduring material, participants should be able to:
- Recognize the clinical features and risk factors that should prompt evaluation for hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) in adults presenting with hyperinflammatory syndromes
- Interpret key biomarkers and diagnostic scoring tools used to support the identification and risk stratification of suspected adult HLH
- Apply trigger-based management strategies, including emerging targeted therapies, to guide treatment decisions in adults with HLH
