Delivering Patient-Focused HIV Care: Essentials for Diverse Approaches - Updated 8/26/2022
Certified AMA/ANCC/ACPE Activity - Lecture Library
The Simply Speaking HIV Management lecture series includes a curriculum that highlights the very latest clinical data utilizing a library of PowerPoint slide presentations developed and approved by key expert physicians and further reviewed and approved by the Planning Committee.

Patient-focused care is the core of contemporary management of HIV. Understanding patient challenges as well as listening and learning about their concerns/barriers can improve HIV care outcomes and expectations. This case-based program will incorporate the patient voice into HIV management approaches for metabolic and cardiovascular comorbidities, long-term ART strategies, and transgender persons.

Updated information is noted on the slide in the upper right hand corner. Please note that participants who have previously claimed credit for this activity should not claim duplicate credit based on the updates.
Review the activity and claim AMA, ANCC or ACPE credit/contact hour after completion of a brief pretest and posttest/evaluation.
