The Evolution of Care in PAH: A Case-Based Approach – Updated 10/25/18
Certified CME/CNE Activity - Mini Modules
Even though treatment options for patients with PAH have greatly improved over the last several years, patients need to be closely monitored and therapy altered in order to avoid clinical deterioration.

These educational Mini Modules will outline how to monitor patients on initial PAH treatment to determine when patients need to have their PAH-specific therapy altered. Treatment regimens for the patient who has progressed or is at risk of disease progression will be discussed. The modules will also cover transplant wait-listing and other issues related to end-stage PAH.

Updated information is noted on the slide in the upper right-hand corner. Please note that participants who have previously claimed credit for this activity should not claim duplicate credit based on the updates.
Review one (or all) Mini Modules of interest. Claim AMA or ANCC credit/contact hour(s) per module after completion of each brief Post-Test/Evaluation.
