This knowledge-based activity is accredited for contact hours or CEUs of continuing pharmacy education credit. Duquesne University School of Pharmacy will report all credit to CPE Monitor after receiving evidence of successful completion of the course (must be within 30 days of the date the learner engaged in the CPE activity). Successful completion includes achieving a score of at least 80% on the test and a completed evaluation.
