Clinical Cases in PAH: Cardiovascular Considerations

Talking PAH is a webcast series that highlights the very latest clinical data in pulmonary arterial hypertension. Slides are developed and presented by leading PAH expert physicians and further reviewed and approved by the planning committee.

Through patient cases, Usha Krishnan, MD, DM, FAHA and Nicholas Hill, MD discuss the key considerations to manage patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). In Case 1, Dr. Krishnan presents the patient with underlying cardiac defects and repair history and lifelong management in multidisciplinary specialty centers with expertise in pulmonary arterial hypertension - congenital heart disease (PAH-CHD). In Case 2, Dr. Hill discusses how to manage the patient with acute right ventricle (RV) failure.
