Registration Information
  1. Registration fee includes all course fees, meeting materials, CME/CE charges, group meals and breaks.
  2. Guests may attend the group meals for an additional fee of $300. The guest fee applies to anyone attending the meal functions that is over 10 years of age and is not attending the sessions.
  3. Registration is not complete without full payment. Payment must be received within 7 days of registering to qualify for discounted rates.
  4. Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. There is a non-refundable administration fee of $50 for all cancellations.
  5. No refunds will be given for cancellations after March 4, 2022.
    - Registration can be switched from in person to virtual until March 16, 2022.

  • Marriott International follows the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) COVID-19 Community Levels (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/covid-by-county.html) when making decisions on what prevention steps to take based on the latest data. With this being said, as of today Marriott employees at Bonnet Creek are not required to wear masks.

  • The conference will be providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) kits which will include a mask, hand sanitizer, two antibacterial wipes and tissues. We will also be providing adequate social distancing measures within the meeting space.
  • Prior to attending the conference, evaluate your own health and that of people you are in close contact.
  • Please stay home and attend the conference virtually if you feel sick.
