Registration Information
  1. Registration fee includes all course fees, meeting materials, accredited continuing education charges, group meals and breaks.
  2. If you have any dietary restrictions, please contact Meghan Colaiacovo (mcolaiacovo@practicepointcme.com / 813-925-7171)
  3. Guests may attend the group meals for an additional fee of $350. The guest fee applies to anyone attending the meal functions that is over 10 years of age and is not attending the sessions.
  4. Registration is not complete without full payment. Payment must be received within 7 days of registering to qualify for discounted rates.
Cancelation and Refund Policies
  • Cancelations and refund requests must be made in writing by emailing mcolaiacovo@practicepointcme.com
  • Conference Registration canceled on or before December 31, 2022, is refundable with a $50 processing fee.
  • Registrants canceling between January 1, 2023, and February 17, 2023, will receive a 50% refund with a $50 processing fee.
  • Registrants canceling on or after February 18, 2023, may switch to virtual, but will not receive a refund.
