Registration Information

Registration fee includes all course fees, meeting materials, accredited continuing education charges, group meals and breaks.

Guests may attend the group meals for an additional fee of $350. The guest fee applies to anyone attending the meal functions that is over 10 years of age and is not attending the sessions. If you would like to register a guest for the meals please contact Lashley Russ (lruss@practicepointcme.com / 813-925-7149).
Registration is not complete without full payment. Payment must be received within 7 days of registering to qualify for discounted rates.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by emailing lruss@practicepointcme.com
Conference Registration cancelled on or before January 31, 2025, will receive a 50% refund with a $50 processing fee.
Registrants canceling after January 31, 2025, may switch to virtual, but will not receive a refund.
