Recognizing and discussing significant developments and strategies in HCV therapy places healthcare professionals at the forefront of hepatitis care. This activity will explain how recent study results in HCV apply to clinical practice, discuss significant developments and strategies in HCV therapy, discuss results from key clinical studies on new antiviral therapy, and describe recent data on drug toxicity/adverse events, drug interactions, and strategies for HCV management.

These educational Clinical Clips will spotlight the latest advances in the prevention and treatment of hepatitis C through a series of daily, ‘what you need to know in 5-minutes’ videos and an audio webcast with data from each day from Digestive Disease Week® (DDW)* 2017.
Review one or all Clinical Clips of interest. Claim AMA, ANCC, or ACPE credit/contact hour(s) per clip after completion of each brief Post-Test/Evaluation.

This activity is intended for physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, and pharmacists who actively treat/manage patients with hepatitis B/C.

Upon completion of this enduring material, participants should be able to:
